As I think about writing my bucket list its really difficult for me to think of things real quick, because I am so very happy in my life right now. I feel truly blessed I have a beautiful family, small but a family and just so loving. If I was to die today I would be so grateful to have been the wife to the most amazing kind thoughtful smart AND GOOD-LOOKING husband and the most beautiful loving smart healthy son. So here is my attempt at a bucket list. Some of which I have accomplished already, I guess its mostly around my career and travel.

Being in the Present
When did things get so complicated, there is so much technology has given us and i am so grateful for, however it really makes it difficult to be in the present. We are so busy facebooking and blogging and twittering our activities that we almost stop enjoying them. I am making a conscious commitment to be in the present. Enjoy my present moment. What are your techniques? I am adding this to my bucket list if its not already there. I am going to write about being in the present and how I achieve that. Or at least try :)

Mothers Day a year later
Oh my goodness I can't believe I have not written in my blog for a year! Well this year has certainly been eventful. First though Happy Mother's Day to all the wonderful mothers out there who love your little ones unconditionally. God bless you, you influence our future. There is no greater job or responsibility.
On this mother's day I will say thank you to my beautiful son who is the light of my eyes. Thank you for being such a wonderful loving little boy. You make my days interesting and exciting always different. You keep me grounded. You show me love unconditionally, I am so grateful to be your mom.
For mother's day we actually went to eat out the day before to our favorite restaurant in Milwaukee "Cubanitas"
I had my favorite steam with red rice and beans and maduros hmm hmm yum yum. Being of latin background, i always seek out latin cuisine, thankfully the hubby loves it too. For those of you in the Milwaukee area on the 22nd of May there will be a big cuban block party by Cubanitas, music dancing and food, what could be better?
If you are not driving be sure to have plenty of Sangrias both red and white.
On Mother's day i was treated to hubby cooking up breakfast, gorgeous flowers and the most beautiful little art project my little boy did, tulips made from his hand prints. Best gift ever.
The rest of my day was not short of a mani pedi and a great time spent with my 2 favorite men. Mother's day was fun!
