Today is another rainy day I am super tired, nothing new there. Getting things organized top to bottom as much as I can with an almost 2 year old. I am in my living room I get up to get something from the kitchen which is a few feet away.... I get to my pantry and I have no idea what I went there for. Ok this is mommy fog.
Mommy fog: The feeling of permanent fuzz. Usually affects mothers of children under 3. Very short attention span.
Cure: A few weeks of sleeping on a beach with a hot waiter bringing you daiquiris, margaritas or alcoholic or tropical drink of choice.
Temporary Cure: a full pot of coffee, a splash on the face with cold water. This solution will last about 20 minutes. Then you are up shits creek.
However...This morning has been beautiful my heart melted as Michael was playing with his foam blocks and made me a "flower" and brought it to me and said mommy flower. This makes all the mommy fog worth it. Would not trade my mommy fog for anything. The moment was worth the world to me. Hope you are having a great day out there!

Im a fellow mom of a little boy under one. My husband Michael and I love our little Nicholas to pieces but I know what thou mean about a fog. Lol....so I saw on Twitter that you were talking directly to g rancic , how do you do that? I am one if her followers but i cant figure.this thing out.
